That's right you are so exhausted and feels like someone is pinching your brain.Go out and take a walk, Bring yourself at the park it will give you a good vibes unlike malls where you will hear so much noises.But for some?, shopping is there way of releasing stress so its up to you.
good and fresh air will help you breath nicely and will leave you feeling more refreshed and relaxed.
2.TALK TO SOMEONE
Not necessarily your family (if you hesitate to talk with them) but you can look for your friend's ear to hear your problems. Sometimes people who are not close to us even a stranger on a bus can give you a good advice. I remembered when i am so depressed in one moment of my life and i cant think of any solutions, as my friends giving me the same opinions. One person approached me and asked "What's wrong?"I felt her warmest concerned to help me out. I was hesitant at first but then i said to myself, "There's no harm in telling her and i don't even know her". Suddenly this woman gave me some good advice. She has a huge perception and plenty of right attitudes. She was an angel to me.
3. BE ACTIVE
Do something that will divert your attention. Be productive. Even if you feel so useless and you don't even enjoy moving for now. Find some interesting tasks to do. like cooking your favorite food or watching comedy movies, Play your favorite sports and eventually you will be better. Giving yourself room for happiness is very essential. When i was down with my depression, I cannot even talk or eat, I felt my life is so miserable and if i just stay in my room my brain is creating a bad scenery that pushes me to give up life.
4. CALL HIM
God needs your faith this time. He is waiting for you to call him. To embrace his love and he will help you understand what you are going through. Its not easy to endure all the sorrows, Let god lead you to what he really planned for you. Just trust in him. He maybe showing you options in life that is much better and suits you, they say don't be in a hurry. Only god knows what is best for us.God's perfect timing is the greatest gift he could reward us.
5. ACCEPTANCE.
There are plenty of things and situations that are so hard to accept. When you are so mad and sad your mind is creating a monster inside. When someone did unfavorable things to you in an ordinary scenario you might just accept his/her sorry. However in depression you tend to have serious angriness towards a person, Which you cannot stand the thought of reconciling with this person. In some instances someone betrayed you someone or something was lost and you know there is nothing you can do but to get mad. Forgiving yourself is the best way to accept anything that making you sad.
6. GO FOR A TRAVEL
You woke up like nothing is ever changing in the situation. Why not go out and have a break? Go for a long ride!✈️ travel the world if you can or even go for a swim into beautiful beaches in your town. You can drive together with your friends or do it by yourself. Along the way you can meet new People and gathered new ideas. Travel helped me a lot in clearing all negativities in my head and body. It helps me forget any problem and recreate new solutions.
7. BE POSITIVE
It is given that you will always feel sorry for yourself. That you are nothing but a failure. But being positive is easy to say but hard in terms of action. A depressed person can no longer think normally and stopping him/her to enjoy life. But teaching yourself to avoid negativity will boost your energy, Just to remind you, positivity is all in the mind. Positive thoughts can create real value in your life.
8. REBUILD YOUR PRESENT
Maybe its hard to pick up the pieces of your broken heart or your broken mind and soul. What about rebuilding your present life. Yes! What you do right now will affect your future. If you became wasted for a moment then that's life, move on and recreate yourself. Cover yourself with new exciting opportunities that will help you regain. Try to do what you wanted to do and learned from your past mistakes to potentially established a better future.
